This Gulf-front one-bedroom, one-bath villa is priced for its interior and valued for its location. The unit has an older, dated interior, including an original kitchen and an older bathroom. It has not been recently updated. Guests choosing this villa are doing so for the Gulf-front setting, not modern finishes.
What it does offer is an outstanding location. From the screened lanai, there are wide, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool, along with steady sea breezes and nightly Captiva sunsets. The beach and pool are both visible from the unit, and the uncrowded shoreline is just steps away for shelling, swimming, and sunset walks.
This residence does not include access to South Seas resort amenities. However, the Beach Villas community provides a large heated pool, pickleball and tennis courts, outdoor grills, high-speed Wi-Fi, community coin-operated washers and dryers, beach chairs and towels, and direct beach access. Golf cart rentals are nearby, and electric carts are permitted within the resort gates.
Inside, the condo is clean and functional. The bedroom has a king bed and ceiling fan, the living area includes a queen sofa sleeper, and the kitchen has full-size appliances and basic cookware, though finishes reflect an earlier era. Additional features include two smart TVs, Wi-Fi, tile flooring and elevator access in the building if needed.
Captiva Village is within easy walking distance, allowing guests to enjoy restaurants and shops without driving.
This villa is best suited for guests who want to be directly on the Gulf at a lower price point and are comfortable with an older interior. If updated kitchens and modern bathrooms are a priority, this may not be the right fit. If location, view, and value matter most, it delivers exactly that.
