GULF TO BAY! One of the few properties on Captiva Island that spans from the Gulf of Mexico in front to the Bay in the back. Boasting stunning luxury, this 5-bedroom 5.5 5.5-bathroom home truly has everything. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise from the dock overlooking the bay with your morning coffee. Wind down to a stunning sunset while enjoying a cocktail on your semi-private beach located steps from the home, directly across the lazy island road.

You may also choose to relax on one of the multiple decks or alongside the heated pool with a view. The large, private dock is perfect for a 20+ foot boat, launching a kayak, and some of the best fishing on the island. Don’t have a boat? Local fishing guides will pick you up right from your dock!
Walking into the main floor, you are greeted with a large open floor design showing off views of the gulf, with a living area, dining for 10, a wet bar, a kitchen, and beautiful décor. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous meal and overlooks the Bay, pool, and private boat dock. The comfy family room has a flat-screen TV and enjoys more floor-to-ceiling views of the Bay. This level also includes a den with Gulf views, a bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. The second floor boasts two beautiful master suites plus two additional guest bedrooms. The first master suite showcases stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Bay, a king bed, and a flat-screen television. The large, tiled master bathroom has dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. The second master bedroom faces the Gulf with a king bed and private bathroom. The first guest bedroom suite includes two twin beds, a flat-screen television, and views of the Bay and the second guest bedroom suite contains a king bed, attached bathroom, and additional Bay views. The first-floor level has a spacious guest bedroom with two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and double doors to the heated pool. A full bathroom is also located on this level with entry off the garage. Also included: Sono’s system throughout, garage, ice maker, elevator, gas grill, laundry room, beach chairs, and beach towels. A beautiful home with true luxury and everything you desire for a once-in-a-lifetime island vacation.

"Our multi-generational family of 11 rented this beautiful home for the 3rd time during spring break. We love how the home backs up to the bay allowing for kayaking and paddleboarding - and has easy access to the gulf. The bedrooms are spacious, all with their own bathrooms. The beach is just steps away and the pool is a great gathering spot that is used daily. We appreciate how well stocked the home is from the kitchen, the bathrooms, the beach towels and beach/pool toys. And it is cleaned to perfection! Kingfisher makes check-in and check-out a simple process and are very responsive to any questions during our stay. We highly recommend renting through them for your stay. Thanks for a great week!

"We rented Captiva Grace house for a family get-together over Christmas/New Year 2024. The house was amazing! Bay on one side, Ocean beach right across the beach. Fabulous shelling. Wonderful heated pool. Every bedroom had full bath and ocean or Bay view. Lots of stairs but not to worry--there's an elevator. Lots of privacy, fishing pier. Sunrise/Sunsets are magnificent. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything is labeled with instructions. Golf cart for six, paddle boards, kayaks. It's expensive and worth it. Kingfisher does an excellent job. Answered questions promptly and followed through. Very professional. Highly recommend.

"Captiva Grace lived up to every expectation we had. It literally was a little piece of heaven on earth. The home was decorated beautifully and the amenities were plentiful (beds & sheets were so comfortable)! The beach was the most spectacular shell show! I have never in my life seen such beautiful shells. We also really enjoyed all the wildlife especially the pelicans. I hope we can come back one day soon! THANK YOU!

"House was fabulous. Loved having a dock for our fishing charter to pick us up from. The welcome basket and toiletries were a nice touch. This is our second stay and we will be back. We were a little disappointed that the pool after 3 days was 93/94 degrees so we didn’t enjoy that. Weather didn’t get above mid 80’s. The filter seemed to not work as well. We did report to let maintenance know.

Amazing waterfront property

"This property is fantastic and the views are amazing from sunrise to sunset. There is ample space for everyone and storage is plentiful. The pool area with hot tub was a popular spot. Having beach chairs and towels were a definite plus. The indoor speaker system was a really nice feature that allowed for everyone to listen to their music. The management company was very responsive to our questions and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. This is one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in!!! We highly recommend renting the golf cart as it made cruising around the island very enjoyable. Thanks for a great relaxing week.

"The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and very spacious, even for a large group with lots of kids. Having the private beach, fishing dock, and pool so close was perfect! The oven and dishwasher didn’t work great, but everything about the house made our stay awesome. We’re thinking of making it an annual family vacation!
